We used CAD-CAM scanning and rarely take goopy impressions for many common services such as crowns and veneers.  We also utilize Cone Beam CT technology for 3D implant planning that allows us to place and restore implants with a high degree of accuracy and safety.

Dr. Doughty was thoroughly trained as a post-graduate student at the University of Florida and is skilled in delivering complex and simple cosmetic dental procedures such as porcelain crowns and veneers with exceptional results.   We often can deliver our cosmetic dentistry in one appointment utilizing computerized scanning and 3D printing for outstanding results.

Implants have one of the highest degrees of long-term success if planned and done properly.  In most cases, for patients who are good candidates, we see anywhere from a 95-98% success rate with a single implant replacing a tooth.  We bring years of clinical experience with implant surgery and restoration and have been around long enough to see that sometimes failures occur but know the best techniques to avoid this.

Dr. Doughty suffered from severe TMJ problems for several years and found that few people could offer help that was effective.  This led him to pursue further education at the University of Florida in complex bite and TMJ problems.  He enjoys helping folks suffering from these problems and promises to provide the best care he can in helping them achieve relief from this type of pain.  Sometimes, collaboration is necessary with other skilled specialists in more severe cases and we have go-to specialists we collaborate with.
